Job Description

A SAP CRM ABAP Technical Consultant (5-15+ years experience) is required for end-to-end implementation, focusing on CRM Web UI (BOL/GENIL), ABAP Objects, and CRM Middleware. Key responsibilities include creating WRICEF objects, implementing BAdIs/BAPIs, data modeling, and performance tuning in a hybrid, Agile environment.

Key Job Description & Technical Requirements

Core Technical Skills: Proficient in OOPs ABAP, Web UI Framework, Component Workbench (BSP), and AET (Application Enhancement Tool).
CRM Middleware: Strong experience with CRM Middleware, including BDOC modeling, serialization, and synchronization.
Integration: Experience integrating SAP CRM with SAP S/4HANA or ECC using IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs.
Development Areas: Technical design and development of custom reports, forms (Adobe Forms), interfaces, and enhancements.
Functional Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM Sales, Marketing, or Service modules (e.g., Service Contracts, Complaints).
Tools & Methodologies: Experience with BRF+, Agile/Scrum, and Jira for task management.
