Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, based in Vijayawada. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying potential customers, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and managing client accounts. The role also involves maintaining records of sales activities and providing insights to the sales team to refine strategies and meet business objectives.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Knowledge of market trends and the ability to identify potential business opportunities
Organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in sales-related software and tools
Experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is a plus
Willingness to work on-site in Vijayawada and travel to client locations as needed
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
