Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative at Gopal Toothpowder Company. The role is based in Madurai, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Sales Representative will focus on achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the company’s products to clients. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, delivering engaging presentations, managing accounts, and assisting in strategies to drive market growth. Collaborating with the sales team to enhance performance is also an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability in relationship building and customer service
Basic data analysis and time-management skills
Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Prior sales or marketing experience is advantageous but not essential
Proficiency in local language(s) and familiarity with the Madurai region is a significant advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
