The client is seeking a Salesforce professional with overall 7 or more years of experience. The role involves leading the design and development of Salesforce features using the full range of Salesforce capabilities including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. The individual will collaborate closely with product team members to refine requirements, provide technical recommendations, and ensure solutions align with business goals. Responsibilities include ensuring the quality and security of Salesforce solutions, mentoring developers by providing guidance and support, and integrating Salesforce with other enterprise solutions using APIs, web services, and partnership with MuleSoft. The role also requires active participation in Agile iterations and ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand ups, and retrospectives, as well as collaboration with teams to ensure effective version control and stable integration environments.

Primary skills required include a Bachelor’s degree and 4 or more years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. The candidate must demonstrate strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce integration techniques, Salesforce data integration, and REST API development. Experience with Salesforce platform technologies such as custom objects, Flow Builder, Apex classes and controllers, and SOQL is required. The candidate should have experience working in an Agile team environment and hands-on experience with Copado or a similar CI CD pipeline tool. Functional expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is required, with Marketing Cloud experience considered a plus.
