Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong hands-on development expertise and proven leadership capabilities. The role involves designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions, mentoring development teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring best practices across implementations.

You will play a key role in solution architecture, development governance, integration design, and driving quality through modern DevOps and CI/CD practices.

Must-Have Skill Set

Experience

• 10–14 years of Salesforce development experience
• Minimum 3+ years in a Salesforce Technical Lead role

Salesforce Technical Expertise

• Strong hands-on development experience in:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Visualforce
• Salesforce Flows
• SOQL / SOSL
• Solid experience in Salesforce integrations using:
• REST / SOAP APIs
• Middleware tools
• Deep understanding of:
• Salesforce architecture
• Data model
• Sharing & Security model
• Governor limits
• Experience working with:
• Sales Cloud
• Service Cloud
• Experience Cloud
• Strong expertise in:
• Trigger frameworks
• Design patterns
• Salesforce best practices
• Knowledge of CI/CD and deployment strategies

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers
• Review code and enforce architectural, security, and coding standards
• Drive adoption of out-of-the-box Salesforce features where applicable
• Design and develop Lightning Pages, Dynamic Forms, and automated Flows
• Manage and troubleshoot integrations with external systems
• Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Ensure high solution quality via unit testing, code coverage, and CI/CD
• Monitor system performance and implement optimizations
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements
