- Salesforce Presales Architect?
We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Agentic Solution Architect with a strong consulting background and proven expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. This is a customer-facing role that requires deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders to drive digital transformation journeys.?
Key Responsibilities:?
? Lead customer engagements as a trusted Salesforce advisor, shaping solution strategy and roadmap.?
? Architect end-to-end Salesforce Agentic solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.?
? Engage with CXO-level stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into Salesforce-enabled outcomes.?
? Conduct solution workshops, demos, and technical deep dives with clients.?
? Guide technical teams through design, implementation, and delivery best practices.?
? Contribute to pre-sales, RFP responses, and proposal development with innovative Salesforce architectures.?
? Stay at the forefront of Salesforce advancements, including AI/Agentic capabilities, industry-specific solutions, and integration frameworks.?
Required Skills & Qualifications:?
? 13?17 years of experience in Salesforce consulting/solution architecture.?
? Strong expertise across Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, Industry Clouds).?
? Proven track record of customer-facing consulting roles with large enterprise clients.?
? Expertise in Salesforce AI/Agentic features, automation, and integration with enterprise systems.?
? Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
