Roles & Responsibilities

Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA)

Design And Configure

Product Catalog & Attribute-based products

Pricing, discounting, and promotions

Advanced CPQ flows (Quotes, Amendments, Renewals)

Contract lifecycle and subscription management

Implement Integrations Between RCA And

Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)

ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)

External pricing, billing, and tax systems

Development & Integration

Develop Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations (REST/SOAP, Platform Events)

Optimize performance for complex pricing and product rules

Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices

Stakeholder Collaboration

Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Architects

Support UAT, production releases, and post-go-live optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications

Salesforce & RCA

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced

Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes

Experience with complex pricing models and subscription billing

Salesforce platform expertise: Data Model, Security, Sharing, Limits

Technical Skills

Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Salesforce Flows & Automation

Integration patterns and APIs

Git-based version control and CI/CD

Leadership

Experience leading technical teams

Strong problem-solving and architectural skills

Ability to communicate complex solutions clearly

Salesforce Certifications

Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant

Salesforce CPQ Specialist

Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
