Role Overview

Knowledge Artisans (KA) is seeking a skilled and hands-on Salesforce Developer with 6–8 years of overall IT experience to support multiple business functions across the Salesforce development lifecycle. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Salesforce development across the full lifecycle: planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Convert business requirements into well-architected technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, SOQL and SOSL.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce Governor Limits and platform best practices.
• Resolve defects, optimize performance, and maintain high quality standards in delivered solutions.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, architecture discussions, and peer code reviews.
• Mentor and coach junior developers to improve team capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6–8 years of IT experience, with at least 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development.
• Strong grasp of Salesforce platform architecture and limitations.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong object-oriented programming principles.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Python, Java, and AWS is a plus.
• Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Able to work independently with ownership and accountability.
