Role Description

The Sales Support Specialist is a full-time position based on-site in Vapi. This role involves supporting the sales team in day-to-day activities, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and assisting in sales operations. Responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, addressing queries, creating support documentation, coordinating with various teams, and following up on sales leads to streamline processes and improve customer service efforts.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data and improve strategies
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to create positive client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills to convey information effectively and collaborate with teams
  • Understanding of Sales Operations processes and workflows to support sales teams effectively
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of the lubricants industry is an advantage
