Role Description

This is a full-time remote Sales Support Representative role. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated team player to support our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is self-driven, tech-savvy, and eager to learn. You’ll help manage leads, communicate with customers, and support the sales process while earning through a base salary plus commission. This position is fully remote with some travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily sales operations and administrative tasks
• Manage and update leads and customer information in CRM systems
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and messaging
• Support the sales team with quotes, proposals, and documentation
• Track sales activity and help maintain an organized sales pipeline
• Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working toward goals
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools and software quickly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
