Job Title: Sales Specialist – Aligners

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist – Aligners to drive the adoption and sales of clear aligner products among dental clinics and orthodontists. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with dental professionals, promoting aligner solutions, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.


Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development


Promote and sell clear aligner products to dentists and orthodontists.

Identify new business opportunities and onboard new dental clinics.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Client Relationship Management


Develop and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals.

Provide product information and support to clinic teams.

Conduct regular visits to dental clinics in the assigned territory.

3. Product Demonstration & Training


Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.

Train dentists and clinic staff on aligner treatment workflow.

Educate clients about benefits compared to traditional braces.

4. Market Analysis


Track competitor activities and market trends.

Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and product improvements.

5. Order & Case Management


Support clinics in placing orders and managing aligner cases.

Ensure smooth communication between clinics and internal teams.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Life Sciences, or Business.

Prior experience in medical device, dental, or healthcare sales preferred.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage territory sales.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling orthodontic or dental products.

Knowledge of clear aligner systems such as Invisalign.

Existing network of dentists or orthodontists.
