Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer at AnandamNXT Housing Ventures, based in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales efforts, managing lead generation, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and coordinating with channel partners to achieve sales goals. Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and retention
- Proven ability in Lead Generation and Sales Operations
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in Channel Sales and building partnerships with stakeholders
- Strong ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in real estate or a customer-facing role is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous
