Position: Sales Manager
CTC: Up to 4.50 LPA + Incentives
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager supports the sales team, helps achieve sales targets, and ensures excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train and motivate sales staff
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Build and maintain customer and agent relationships
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities
We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
