Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team
- Generate leads through site visits, channel partners, referrals, digital platforms, and walk-ins
- Conduct client meetings, requirement discussions, presentations, and proposal negotiations
- Coordinate with design, purchase, and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover
- Maintain and update all sales activities in the company CRM system
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline tracking
- Build long-term relationships with architects, builders, brokers, and vendors
- Handle pricing, contracts, and closing of deals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to improve sales strategy
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in interior design, real estate, or construction
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Experience with CRM tools and MS Excel
- Target-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
