Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in South region
- Identify and acquire new Pharma & Healthcare customers (Pharma & Food & Beverage Machineries industries)
- Candidate must have core experiences in Ointment , Liquid filling lines / Pouch filling machines etc.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to understand regional trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Represent the company at exhibitions of Pharma, Healthcare, Cosmetic trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics) with Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales within pharma and food & beverage equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of pharma/ formulation processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
