Mark Motors, established in September 1999, operates as an authorized dealer of Hero MotoCorp Limited (formerly Hero Honda Motors Limited).

Located in Angadippuram, Perintelmanna, Malappuram District, the dealership spans a three-story, 15,000 sq. ft. facility with a capable team of 75 experienced professionals managing sales, service, and spares.


Role Description

  1. Sales Target Achievement: Plan and achieve monthly and yearly two-wheeler sales targets.
  2. Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
  3. Customer Relationship: Build strong relationships with customers and handle inquiries.
  4. Sales Planning: Develop strategies, promotions, and campaigns to increase sales.
  5. Showroom Management: Ensure proper display of vehicles and maintain showroom standards.
  6. Market Analysis: Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer preferences.
  7. Inventory Coordination: Coordinate with stock and logistics to maintain vehicle availability.
  8. Finance & Documentation: Assist customers with finance options, insurance, and paperwork.
  9. Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
  10. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure smooth delivery process and good after-sales support.


Qualifications

  • 2+years of experience as Sales Manager
  • Qualification : Graduate
