Role/ Job Title: Sales Manager

Function/ Department: Retail Assets

Job Purpose

Sales manager will be responsible for driving the business of EIL within the assigned territory. Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for Loan against Property products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to promote the bank's Loan against Property offerings.

Secondary Responsibilities

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and development.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of Loan against Property services to customers.

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Education Qualification

Graduation: Bachelor’s degree any relevant stream

Post-graduation: Any Stream

Experience: 00 to 02 years of relevant experience.
