We are looking for a Sales Manager – Education (B2B) to drive client acquisition and revenue growth across the education sector. This role involves owning the complete sales cycle and building long-term institutional relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and education enterprises.
- Identify, approach, and onboard B2B education clients
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → meetings/demos → negotiation → closure
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers (Principals, Directors, Trustees, Management)
- Maintain and grow institutional accounts through consistent follow-ups and coordination
- Track pipeline and performance, and share updates with leadership
- Proven experience in B2B education sales / institutional sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of long sales cycles and stakeholder management
- Existing network/connections in the education ecosystem is a plus
- Bangalore-based, willing to meet clients as required
- Experience selling SaaS/EdTech solutions to institutions
- Comfortable with targets and performance-based outcomes
