Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Shimla for a Sales Manager - CV (Commercial Vehicles). The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities in the Commercial Vehicle segment. Key responsibilities include overseeing the sales process, developing sales strategies, managing a team, analyzing the market for potential growth avenues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely support and services.

Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Market Analysis
- Experience in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
- Proficiency in Team Management, Leadership, and Communication
- Familiarity with the Commercial Vehicle financing industry is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in financial services or similar industries is an advantage
- Willingness to work on-site in Shimla and knowledge of regional market dynamics
