Job Description
Pre-Sales Executive
The candidate for this position will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, engaging with potential customers, and scheduling site visits. By using a consultative approach, this person will identify customer requirements, explain property details, and support the sales team in converting prospects into successful deals.
Responsibilities
- Connect with leads provided by the company and understand their property requirements
- Qualify prospects and schedule site visits for potential buyers
- Provide accurate information about projects, pricing, and location advantages
- Follow up with clients and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth site visits and deal closures
- Maintain lead data and update information in CRM systems
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Telecalling / Customer Handling (Real Estate preferred)
- Experience working with CRM tools and lead management systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and handle queries effectively
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
