Pre-Sales Executive

The candidate for this position will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, engaging with potential customers, and scheduling site visits. By using a consultative approach, this person will identify customer requirements, explain property details, and support the sales team in converting prospects into successful deals.

Responsibilities

Connect with leads provided by the company and understand their property requirements
Qualify prospects and schedule site visits for potential buyers
Provide accurate information about projects, pricing, and location advantages
Follow up with clients and maintain strong customer relationships
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth site visits and deal closures
Maintain lead data and update information in CRM systems

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Telecalling / Customer Handling (Real Estate preferred)
Experience working with CRM tools and lead management systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with customers and handle queries effectively
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
