Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Professional located in Ernakulam. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with potential clients, promoting EPIC Kerala’s offerings, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales strategies, conducting market research, managing client accounts, and providing exceptional customer support. The individual will also play a key role in identifying new opportunities within the global market and contributing to the organization's mission of creating successful exporters.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in identifying potential clients, fostering relationships, and achieving sales goals
- Proficiency in market research, understanding global trade regulations, and developing sales strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective client engagement
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
- Knowledge of Kerala’s export ecosystem or prior experience in trade and export is an advantage
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms to enhance sales activities is a plus
