Location- Pitampura, Delhi

We are hiring an Abandoned Cart Sales Executive responsible for converting dropped carts into successful orders. The role involves connecting with customers via calls, WhatsApp, and email to understand concerns, pitch suitable offers, and close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Role & Responsibilities

Follow up with customers on abandoned carts through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Identify reasons for cart abandonment and address customer objections
Pitch relevant offers, discounts, or solutions to drive conversions
Close sales and ensure timely order confirmation
Update all customer interactions and outcomes accurately in the CRM
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion and revenue targets

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Graduate / Undergraduate
1–3 years of mandatory experience in Abandoned Cart / E-commerce Telesales(Internship experience also counts)
Freshers with strong sales aptitude and communication skills are welcome to apply
