Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Development Specialist. The primary responsibilities include identifying potential leads, nurturing client relationships, engaging in proactive outreach, and collaborating with the sales team to meet business development goals. The role also involves maintaining expert communication for client interactions, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales pipeline through strategic efforts.


Qualifications

  • Proven ability in Lead Generation and identifying prospective customers
  • Excellent Communication skills and client-engagement abilities
  • Strong Customer Service and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and other sales-related tools is advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
  • Handle inbound leads generated via digital marketing, webinars, and campaigns
  • Make high-volume outbound and follow-up calls to prospects using LeadSquared/Appolo
  • Qualify leads, understand learning needs, and recommend suitable Tezzonix Academy programs
  • Manage the complete lead lifecycle in LeadSquared (call logs, notes, stages, follow-ups)
  • Achieve daily and monthly call, connect, and conversion targets
  • Conduct structured sales calls, including need analysis, objection handling, and closing
  • Ensure timely follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp as per sales cadence
  • Update lead status accurately to maintain pipeline hygiene and reporting accuracy
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
