- Make high-volume outbound calls to US-based prospects across multiple time zones
- Execute email and LinkedIn outreach to generate and nurture leads
- Identify decision-makers, understand prospect needs, and qualify opportunities
- Clearly communicate product value and create interest among prospects
- Schedule product demos and discovery calls for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate lead, activity, and follow-up records in CRM tools
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and pipeline targets
- Share insights from prospect interactions with sales and marketing teams
- 0–1 years of experience in US market calling, inside sales, or sales development
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable working in US shifts
- Confident in cold calling and objection handling
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus
- Exposure to B2B or SaaS sales is an advantage
