Primary Responsibilities.

To act as a single point connection between all Marketing Field staff / Dealers/ Corporate office / Other Departments.
To assist with Marketing Staff, Customers-Clients with product sourcing, quotations, freight rates and claims.
To coordinate with the CAD team, developing and sending the presentation to all clients and Architects.
To provide Samples and Promotional material to the concerned clients. Along with that also send Quotations / Proforma invoices as desired by the client/ dealers.
To respond to queries effectively/complaints from Clients/CAD- Team/Marketing Staff / Management. To solve problems involving several options in situations.
To prioritise work assignments and to obtain appropriate approval before placing orders with the factory. Organizing and coordinating work assignments with factories.
To review expediting schedules on all customer orders and forwarding obtained information to planning and sales teams
To manage the flow of orders requires strong reliance on monitoring and co-ordination of dispatch schedules both manually and with computer programs.
To be responsible for the collection of payment from the Customer.

Requirements

Minimum, 2 years of experience required
Graduate/Master's degree Prefer
