Sales Consultant / Assistant Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant / Assistant Sales Manager to join our team at a leading Car Dealership in Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, or Trichy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales & Marketing Operations, excellent product demonstration skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
Conduct product demonstrations to potential customers and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of our vehicles
Negotiate with customers to finalize sales and ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure our dealership remains competitive
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales processes and procedures

Requirements

3-8 years of experience in sales and marketing operations
Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Product demonstration and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
