Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and profitability targets.

- Handle stock control and ensure FIFO sales.

- Sales and activation targets (handsets, accessories, ASP).
- Sales conversion ratios.
- Audit variance (stock and cash).
- Stock ageing and availability.
- Leadership and team motivation.
- Customer service and retail business knowledge.
