Job Description
- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the Lenskart store.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable eyewear/optical product recommendations.
- Explain product features, offers, and after-sales services.
- Assist customers in eye testing coordination (with optometrists in-store).
- Maintain and update product displays to ensure visual appeal.
- Handle billing, cash/UPI transactions, and ensure accuracy in sales entries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the store.
- Support team members and participate in promotional activities.
