Hiring: Sales & Marketing Specialist (Solar)
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

The Goal: Drive the green energy revolution in Odisha! We are looking for a result-driven specialist to promote solar rooftop and industrial solutions across the Twin Cities.

What You’ll Do:

Identify residential and commercial leads for solar installations.

Conduct basic site visits and explain ROI to customers.

Manage local marketing events and digital lead gen.

Coordinate with TPCODL for net-metering and subsidies.

What We Need:

Experience: 1–3 years in Sales (Solar, Real Estate, or Insurance preferred).

Language: Must be fluent in Odia and English.

Must-Have: A two-wheeler for local site visits and a "get-it-done" attitude.
