Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Intern with a hospitality background to support our sales and brand-building initiatives. This internship is ideal for hospitality students or recent graduates who want hands-on exposure to sales strategy, marketing campaigns, and client relationship management within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in conducting market research to identify customer trends and potential business opportunities in the hospitality sector.
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Help manage incoming sales inquiries and assist in lead follow-ups.
Support the sales team in converting leads into confirmed bookings or business opportunities.
Assist in maintaining client databases and preparing sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams and marketing partners for campaign execution.
Track campaign performance and help prepare reports based on KPIs and ROI.
Support brand-building initiatives and promotional activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Students or recent graduates in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Marketing, or Business Administration.
Strong interest in hospitality sales, marketing, and brand management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of marketing and sales concepts.
Proactive attitude with willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
