Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to lead the promotion and sales of rockbreakers and construction equipment attachments. The role involves identifying customer needs, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies in the construction equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell rockbreakers and attachments to contractors, builders, and equipment owners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in assigned territories.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features to clients.
• Collaborate with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements :

• Graduate in Engineering/Commerce/Business or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction equipment or industrial sales.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic attachments, rockbreakers, and related equipment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.

Location - Jaipur & Udaipur
