Job Description

Processing returns daily to be able to receive a refund, replacement or repair of product being returned. Works with the sales team to resolve the issues with the product being returned. Also has to work with the manufactures on their process to return, replace or repair products. Will also need to order supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

• Strong computer skills including MS excel and Access.
• Ability to be able to pay close attention to detail and must be accurate.
• Proven self-starter, must be able to work both independently and on a team.
• Must have strong verbal and written communications.
