Industry: Healthcare — Women’s Health and Secondary Care Hospital (Gynaecology & Obstetrics). Located in Behror, Rajasthan, this is a clinical opportunity in a 50‑bed specialist gynaecology hospital providing comprehensive maternity, surgical and outpatient services. Role: Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist (Fem-ale preferred).

Role & Responsibilities

Provide full-spectrum on-site clinical care across outpatient, inpatient and emergency settings for women’s health and obstetrics in a 50‑bed hospital.
Perform and lead surgical procedures including NDVH, TLH, DHL and other advanced laparoscopic gynaecologic operations with high standards of safety and documentation.
Deliver hands-on ultrasound services — conduct antenatal scans, anomaly scans and transvaginal/abdominal imaging; mentor junior doctors in scan technique.
Manage labour and deliveries including vaginal and operative deliveries, and stabilise/manage obstetric emergencies and perioperative care.
Train and upskill nursing staff and junior clinicians through bedside teaching, supervised procedures and structured skills sessions (laparoscopy and ultrasound).
Maintain accurate medical records, participate in quality-improvement initiatives, and follow hospital clinical governance, infection control and patient safety protocols.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

MBBS with MS/MD in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (or equivalent) and valid Indian medical registration.
Proven competency in NDVH, TLH, DHL and advanced laparoscopic gynaecologic procedures.
Hands-on experience in obstetric and gynaecologic ultrasound including fetal anomaly scans and transvaginal imaging.
Ability to manage antenatal care, labour ward duties, Caesarean sections and obstetric emergencies.
Willingness to work on-site in Behror, Rajasthan and participate in rostered clinical duties.

Preferred

Fellowship or formal training in Minimal Access / Laparoscopic Gynaecologic Surgery.
Prior experience in a 30–100 bed secondary-care gynaecology/maternity hospital or mentoring junior clinicians in operative skills.
Certifications such as BLS/ACLS and training in prenatal screening protocols.
