Accountabilities
- Develop global commercial strategy for key oncology products.
- Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives ensuring alignment and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing between local markets and global teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials aligned with quality standards.
- Anticipate lifecycle management opportunities to enhance product value.
- Work with leaders to integrate market insights into commercial strategies.
- Support launch readiness plans and gather feedback from local markets.
- Doctorate degree with 4 years of marketing experience, or Master's with 7 years, or Bachelor's with 9 years.
- Proven track record in commercial roles within the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in developing global marketing strategies for therapeutic products.
- Strong background in oncology and understanding of immuno-oncology trends.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with global colleagues effectively.
- Familiarity with market access and pricing strategies.
