IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Relationship Manager-Business Banking_Pipeline. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of business banking clients in the Haridwar, Uttarakhand region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with business banking clients, understanding their financial needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Identify and acquire new business banking clients through various channels such as referrals, networking, and cold calling
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their financial performance and provide guidance on financial products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and product to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business banking portfolio
- Stay updated on market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities and enhance the bank's product offerings
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business banking or sales in the banking industry
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly in the business lending space
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Knowledge of local market and business landscape in Haridwar, Uttarakhand is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
