Role & responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers
2. Drive primary & secondary sales targets across the Telangana region
3. Ensure team productivity, motivation, and performance development
4. Build relationships with key channel partners and healthcare professionals
5. Conduct field visits and business reviews regularly
6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities
7. Implement strategies to drive growth and market share
π― What Weβre Looking For:
Experience: 14β22 years in Generic Pharma / OTC/ Consumer Healthcare / Medical Devices industry.
Education: B.Sc., B.Pharma, B.Com, MBA (Sales/Marketing preferred).
Skills: Advanced IT & Excel, exposure to CRM/DMS/SFA, strong analytical & strategic planning skills.
Leadership: Proven track record in handling teams of 10+ people across multiple regions.
Industry Exposure: Doctors, hospitals, retailing, tender business, and field sales capability.
Strong experience in achieving large turnovers (βΉ1 Cr+).
