Role Description

The Business Head / Regional Sales Head will oversee residential sales operations and drive business growth in the Hyderabad region. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing accounts, leading a high-performing sales team, and achieving revenue targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, requiring active collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to establish strong client relationships and expand the company's market presence.

Qualifications

* Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

* Proficiency in Team Management and leadership to build and lead high-performing sales teams.

* Analytical Skills for market analysis, strategy development, and decision-making.

* Experience in Account Management to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

* Proven track record in residential sales or real estate industry is preferred.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic and target-driven environment.

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Minimum requirement : 5+ years into real estate market in Hyderabad
