Job Description
- Ensure statutory compliance across all project sites and establishments in the East Region, including labour laws, licensing, vendor compliance, and audits.
- Monitor and track compliance status through periodic audits, inspections, and reports.
- Partner with project managers, site teams, and vendors to address compliance gaps and drive adherence to company policies.
- Manage responses to legal notices and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Conduct compliance awareness sessions for employees and contractors.
- Maintain updated records of licenses, registrations, and statutory documentation.
