Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Management & End-to-End Execution: Facilitate and manage the full deal lifecycle from mandate to execution.
- Compliance & Credit Appraisals: Monitor internal and external policies and ensure client servicing in credit appraisals for long- and short-term debt (fund/non-fund based), aligned with financial and strategic goals.
- Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong local relationships with banks, NBFCs, family offices, AIFs, and other financial institutions to strengthen sourcing and execution capabilities.
- Execute debt transactions including working capital limits for corporate clients and NBFCs, structured debt products, and project finance.
- Lead deal structuring and closure, coordinating with investors, lenders, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage regional P&L including revenue growth, cost control, and profitability.
- Expand and engage a strong banker network for sustained deal flow.
- Cross-sell fintech-enabled wealth management and lending solutions.
- Onboard and manage fintech, NBFC, and allied partners to enhance regional reach.
- Proven experience in Corporate Finance, NBFCs, Banks, or Financial Institutions.
- 10+ years in branch banking, financial advisory, or wealth management.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
- Exposure to the fintech or startup ecosystem.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
