As a Talent Acquisition Expert, you will play a crucial role in driving our recruitment strategy and building a strong talent pipeline. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top talent to Zensar. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes.

As a Talent Acquisition Expert, you will play a crucial role in driving our recruitment strategy and building a strong talent pipeline. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top talent to Zensar. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across the organization
- Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications
- Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Negotiate and extend offers to successful candidates, ensuring a competitive and fair package
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports and dashboards for recruitment analytics
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through effective sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide suitable candidates
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Manage and prioritize multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical recruitment practices
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a technology or consulting firm
- Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for recruitment insights
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to recruitment challenges
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Additional certifications in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment are preferred
