Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role located in Shoolagiri. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. Key responsibilities include managing job postings, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will work closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and conducting interviews
• Experience in managing recruitment processes, from job postings to offer placements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building candidate and stakeholder relationships
• Organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining records and managing schedules
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and HR software
• Prior experience in a recruitment or HR role is advantageous but not mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
