Job Description :

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter who specializes in Non-IT hiring across all Levels, from Junior to Senior Positions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for End-to-End Recruitment activities and must have hands-on experience in Sourcing, Screening, and Closing positions efficiently.

Profile : HR Recruiter - Non IT Recruitment

Location : Gurgaon - Sector 49, Sohna Road

Experience : 1-10 Years.

Notice Period : Immediate Joiner or 15 Days

Salary : Open to Discuss

SHOULD HAVE LAPTOP - MANDATORY

This role is responsible to attract and hire best in class talent, within the defined hiring timelines and ensure all recruitment related processes and SOPs are followed.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Must have Own Laptop.
• Comfortable with WFO & 6 days working.
• Experience into Non-IT Recruitment
• Should have good communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring platforms.
• Ability to Multitask.

Job Description:-

1. Handling End-to-End Recruitment Non IT Recruitment.
2. Understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
3. Excellent in sourcing candidates through Job Portals, Referencing, Head Hunting, Social Media, etc.
4. Good at Relationship Building & Follow-ups with candidates.
5. Ensure that the candidates attend the F2F interview at the stipulated time.
6. Keep applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports updated and accurate.
7. Ensure strong follow-ups with the candidate post the offer till joining.
8. Maintain and update recruitment MIS/reporting on a regular basis.
9. Good Computer knowledge i.e. MS Office, Emailing & Internet surfing, etc.
