This is a full-time on-site position for a Recruiter based in Jaipur. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, and maintaining detailed records of recruitment processes. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and staying updated with the latest trends in talent acquisition.

• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates effectively
• Experience in developing recruitment strategies and identifying top talent
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and employee engagement skills
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and HR management software
• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and adapt processes for continuous improvement
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in recruitment or an HR role is highly desirable
• Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws is a plus
