Job Description
Job Summary
- The role involves daily reconciliation and analysis, the timely and vigilant processing of bank confirmation requests from various regulatory bodies and parties, and the daily monitoring of floats and resolutionsfor inter-system, inter-office, and sundry accounts.
- Performs daily reconciliation and analysis
- Processes on a timely and vigilant manner the bank confirmation request by the client’s external auditor or by the BSP/AMLC/BIR/Depositor’s Heirs and other parties.
- Monitors daily the floats and resolutions to Head Office Inter System and all Inter-Office accounts, Manual Inter–Dept (Oracle GL) and Sundry Debits/Credits.
- Graduate, Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or business related courses
- Have knowledge on basic accounting, bank reconciliation, banks policies, procedures, Bank’s accounting entries, Bank’s operations, Foreign transactions and job mastery
- Experience is preferred but not required
