Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled React Lead who can design, and lead front-end development for enterprise-grade applications.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in React.js, TypeScript, Shad CN UI, Tailwind CSS, and modern component-driven UI engineering.

Experience in the healthcare domain—HIPAA-compliant systems, patient portals, clinician workflows, or medical device platforms—is a strong plus.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development.
Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, ShadCN UI, and Tailwind CSS.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar tools.
Solid understanding of UI design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive web development.
Experience integrating REST APIs or GraphQL services.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and modern testing frameworks.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with cross-functional stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced Agile environments.
Demonstrates strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset.
