React Developer

Role Overview :

As a React Developer at Capgemini, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive and scalable web applications using React. You will collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions . The role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and an understanding of secure and compliant development practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using React and related front‑end technologies
• Build reusable, modular, and scalable UI components
• Ensure responsive and intuitive user interfaces across all devices and browsers
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and services
• Optimize application performance, load times, and user experience
• Conduct and participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards
• Work closely with cross-functional Agile teams to contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery
• Ensure solutions comply with security, performance, and quality standards
  
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience : 4 years to 16 years
• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front‑end development practices
• Hands-on experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, and responsive design principles
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and JSON data formats
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
• Excellent debugging, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
