Quantity Surveyor

Position: Quantity Surveyor

Experience: 8+ Years

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Contract: 1 Year (Extendable based on project requirements)

Facilities Provided:

• Free food & accommodation at site

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings and specifications.
• Handle interim and final billing, including contractor bill verification and certification.
• Perform rate analysis for new items and variations.
• Ensure effective cost control and budget monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate site measurements, records, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project management teams to ensure billing accuracy and compliance.
• Support commercial and contractual documentation as required.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying and billing processes in industrial / manufacturing projects.
• Proficiency in rate analysis, measurement books, and cost control.
• Ability to work independently at remote project locations.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
