Job Description

Lead end-to-end Quality Assurance and Quality Control across multiple plants
Define and implement plant-level and enterprise quality strategies
Own quality management systems, audits, certifications, and compliance
Drive supplier quality, incoming quality, and customer quality performance
Lead root cause analysis, CAPA, and defect reduction initiatives
Partner with Production, Engineering, SCM, and R&D for process excellence
Build, mentor, and develop high-performing quality teams
Report quality metrics, risks, and improvements to senior leadership

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Head-Plant should have:

12+ years of experience in quality leadership within high-volume manufacturing
Prior experience handling quality for multi-plant operations preferred
Strong expertise in QMS, audits, regulatory compliance, and certifications
Proven track record in continuous improvement, RCA, and CAPA
Background in automotive, auto components, or engineering manufacturing
Hands-on leader with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Engineering degree; quality certifications such as Six Sigma preferred
