Location : Khatrej (Gandhinagar) / Kalol (Gandhinagar) - On Site (Work from Office)

Relevant experience required : 0 to 2 years (Fresher's can apply)

Salary Range - 15000 INR Per Month - 25000 INR Per Month

Minimum Qualification- Any Graduate

Work Timings- 8:00 AM-8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Descriptions of Quality Control Executive .

We are seeking a Quality Control Executive with a blend of technical skills, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail. Candidates must possess a thorough understanding of polymer chemistry, material properties, and testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Testing & Analysis: Conduct polymer testing, including MFI, tensile, elongation, and dart impact tests. Analyze test data to evaluate material suitability and stay updated on advancing methodologies.

- Quality Oversight: Take full ownership of product quality during your shift, ensuring adherence to company systems, industry standards, and regulations.

- Inspection & Monitoring: Perform regular quality assessments, monitor product metrics, and maintain accurate documentation of all inspections.

- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues. Perform root cause analysis on defects and implement effective corrective actions.

- Safety & Compliance: Enforce Health and Safety rules and manage shift-related matters in accordance with company policy.

- Equipment Maintenance: Calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Evaluate supplier performance and work closely with customers to resolve quality complaints.

- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in the company's continuous improvement plan to support future growth.

- Oversee production operations too whenever given a chance.

Requirements & Expectations:

- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication with all staff members.

- Punctuality: Maintain a high level of punctuality and timekeeping.

- Schedule: Flexibility to manage day-to-day assigned work within strict timelines (8 AM – 8 PM), 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
