Quality Analyst (QA)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases for eCommerce platforms, ensuring all functional and non-functional requirements are validated.
• Perform thorough functional, regression, usability, and cross-browser testing across web and mobile devices to validate shopping cart, checkout, payments, promotions, and user account flows.
• Conduct ADA (Accessibility) Compliance Testing to ensure eCommerce websites meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to identify quality risks and proactively resolve issues in the early stages of development.
• Recommend and implement manual QA best practices and preventive measures to ensure a high standard of quality in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
• Monitor and report on test progress, quality metrics, and potential release blockers.
• Ensure all customer-facing features and functions meet user experience expectations, especially during high-traffic periods (e.g., sales events or seasonal peaks).
• Draft and maintain QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, bug reports, and QA process guides.

Requirements & Skills:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field.
• Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Must be willing to work the Night shift.
• The candidate must have strong experience using Figma.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
